Love Day

This year was the best Valentines day EVER! I was supposed to work but I found someone to work for me and so we got to sleep in then we woke up and Rich made me breakfast. It was sooo good. Then he gave me 2 dozen red roses, they were gorgeous and a gift card to ulta and my favorite chocolates. We hung out all day and then we went bowling and he kicked my trash. He got 198 and I got 56. What can i say, the 4 year old on the lane next to me beat my score, I should have used the bumpers. Then we went to Ulta and I picked out my v-day present and learned that Nordstrom Rack is coming to Sandy! Right across the street from south town mall! Then Rich took me to Tucanos and we ate till we felt like we were gonna throw up and it was perfect! Then we came home and watched the Dunk competition. It was such an awesome night! I have the perfect husband.

The Draper Temple

Rich and I got a chance to go the the Draper Temple open house on Friday and it was such an amazing experience. It was so beautiful on the inside and there was such a peaceful feeling in there. It is also an awesome opportunity for people who aren't LDS to understand more of what we believe because temples are really the center of our religion. As we were walking through we got to the sealing room and there was a couple in there and they explained what happens in sealing rooms and that families are sealed together forever. They also talked about how they have 5 kids and one of their daughters has passed away and what a comfort it was to them to know that they will see her again and be with her again. I am so thankful that Rich and I got sealed together so no matter what happens to us we will always be together forever. Everyone should find time do go because it is amazing!

25 Things about Rich

So I got tagged in this thing on facebook its called 25 things about me and then i made rich do it and his answers are way better than mine....here are 25 random things you might not know about Rich (written by rich)

1. I am a huge Charger fan.
2. I have a wife that makes me laugh harder than Will Farrel ever could
3. I love the Utah Jazz even when they aren't doing so great... this season
4. I hate when people move to Utah then complain about Utah... Leave then! no one is keeping you here.
5. I have a guilty pleasure of watching tv shows like the hills and jon and kate plus 8
6. My first child will be a girl and she will have me wrapped around her finger
7. I get injured often and most injuries are sports related. I havent had a real big injury in a while so I'm probably due
8. I prefer to eat cheetos with a fork, but will eat em with my hands if I'm not eating a meal that requires a fork.
9. I have been to Texas and don't think its as great as all Texans do
10. I moved to Raintree a year and a half ago and it was the greatest move I've ever made (I dont live there anymore)
11. I love living where I live, but can't wait to have our own house
12. I want 4 kids, but know we gotta save more money before we make em
13. I really don't like cats, and think its weird when people have more than 3
