Stress

I am HUGE stress ball right now and I guess this is my way of venting. My work for the past couple months has been really good about scheduling us only 40 hour weeks which is awesome because I have had time to spend with my family and Rich. I was working 4 day weeks and I was loving it. My new schedule came out a week ago or so and they are sending me on an a 3 day out of towner to the Price area, then when I get home I still have to work Friday AND Saturday. A five day week at a normal job would not be that big of a deal at all, but at my job just for that week that will put me a little over 56 hours. I just want to work a normal job and still have time for myself and for Rich. Some of my family is coming into town in a couple weeks so we can have a memorial service for my Grandpa Dan but if I am working this many hours I won't be able to spend time with them and the thought of this is creating more stress!! So today I called my supervisor and asked her what my options are for part time. She said she would see if anything is available and let me know tomorrow. Hopefully there is a part time position available for me, that would put me at working about 30-40 hours a week which would be amazing! Hopefully everything works out for me....Wish me luck!

Summer so far....

Summer so far has been great (besides the bad weather)! This week looks like we should get lots of sun though. Rich has just been busy with work and school. He is taking 1 class this semester but he takes his final on Tuesday and then he will be done for pretty much the rest of summer. He is still working at Agel and he is so good at what he does. He is such a hard worker. He wants to take more classes in the fall. That might be hard because he is still working full time, going to school might be a lot on his plate but I am sure he can handle it because he is so awesome. I am still working at the Red Cross. They have been sending me to some far away places lately, I went to Wyoming twice last week and this next week they're sending me to Price 2 days in a row. Its hard because I miss my Rich when I work those 15 hour days but my paychecks always end up being pretty nice when I work those long hours. We have gotten to spend lots of time with our families this summer which we love. Nothing really new and exciting is happening for us we are just enjoying being married and spending time together. This vacation was SO much fun. Basically our days there consisted of waking up eating playing at the beach eating more laying out and relaxing. ALL DAY! It was great. The resort was all inclusive so we could eat and get drinks by the pool all day whenever we wanted. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The ocean was so blue. Rich and I went parasailing and it was so much fun. We also went to Tulum with the whole fam and it was awesome. They are the only Mayan ruins located on a cliff, it was beautiful. Over all we had a blast!
